Please give us a call
at 954-353-7864. We are located in the Ft. Lauderdale area in South
Florida.
DO YOU SHIP YOUR PUPPIES?

Yes, we do ship and
have other options for the clients.
We also have a "Nanny Service" which a Nanny will hand deliver your
puppy. Call for details. We use Delta or Continental
airlines. Puppies have food and water at all times while traveling.
It's safe just like if you are traveling with the puppy under your
seat. Puppies are seen by a Licensed Veterinarian before traveling.
IF I LIVE FAR HOW CAN I
RECEIVE MY PUPPY:

We have two methods:
1. We have a "Nanny
Delivery Service" available for the special request. A nanny will
accompany your pooch and hand deliver to you at the airport.
2. We send the
puppies with Delta or Continental airlines. It is safe for puppies to
fly because we ensure that they are eating well before their
departure. Shipping is very easy and quick. We make the
reservations and give the clients the date and time to pick the puppy
up. It's just like if you are picking up a person at the airport.
You need to present your driver's license and they hand the puppy to
you. It is usually at the Baggage Department because they have a
person to take care of the puppies. This all depends on the airport.
3. You can pick the
puppy up from us or we can meet you at the airport.
DO YOU SHIP OUT OF THE
COUNTRY?

Yes, we do ship puppies
to other countries and Canada. Call us and we will check the laws
where you live for the shipping paperwork. Some countries require for
the puppy to have the rabies shots and for the seller to hold the puppy
for a month after. Other countries do not have these restrictions.
We are able to hold the puppy and do all the required paperwork for the
clients. Please call for more information. We do not ship if there
is a quarantine.
ARE PUPPIES REGISTERED?

Yes, the puppies are
registered unless they are Designer Dogs. We use one of the following
registries, CKC, APR, AKC, ACA and UAR. If you need the puppy to be
registered with a specific registry it must be in writing on the sales
agreement.
WHAT TYPE OF GUARANTEE DO
PUPPIES HAVE?

Puppies have a 14 day
viral guarantee on genetics, cold, sniffles, parasites. Puppies also
have a one year genetic guarantee. Some of the things that this include
are heart, legs, etc. All puppies have been checked by a Licensed
Veterinarian and do have health certificates at the time of sale.
ONCE I RECEIVE MY PUPPY WHEN
SHOULD I TAKE HIM/HER TO THE VETERINARIAN?

We kindly request
clients to take the puppies to a veterinarian of their choice within 3
working days. All puppies have a health certificate from a license
veterinarian but it's a good idea to get them checked again. If for
any reason your veterinarian finds that the puppy should need medical
care, please fax the veterinarian bills to our office for reimbursement
on what is covered by the guarantee.
HOW OLD ARE THE PUPPIES AT THE
TIME OF SALE?

Florida requires a
puppy to be 8 weeks of age to be released by the seller. We also
have puppies that are released when they are ready and that might be at
9, 10, 12 weeks old. On the very small teacups we might even hold
them until they are 3 to 4 months of age. It's all about the puppy's
well being and we ensure that they are eating well on their own and are
safe to fly. Puppies are placed on the website when they are ready.
ARE MALES BETTER THAN FEMALE
DOGS OR VICE VERSA?

No, one gender is not
better than the other. Both genders should make great pets. One
gender is not more affectionate than the other. Most puppies that
receive love and attention should become great pets. Male dogs should
not lift their legs on furniture if they are properly trained. We
have puppy counselors qualified to provide you with training tips for
your new pooch.
FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

Please view the
feeding instruction page for details: It is extremely
important that your new puppy eats. Small breeds can't skip meals
because their stomachs are very small at first. You can also give
Nutrical- which is a paste that is high in sugar twice a day. Please
do not give Nutrical any more than twice as it might make their stomach
upset. Puppies should have fresh water at all times next to them.
They should also have fresh food at all times for the first month or
so. Please do not remove the food bowls. Puppies are not like adult
dogs, they eat little bites every hour or so. Removing their bowl will
result in hunger.
SMALL CHILDREN AND PUPPIES

If you properly train
your child be gentle with the puppy it will be okay for them to play and
handle the Dog. We recommend that you ask your child to sit on the
floor to hold the puppy at first until the child gets accustomed to
them. The reason for this is that some puppies suddenly jump out of
the child's hands and they can get a head injury. If the child is on
the floor this should not happen.
PLAY TIME

The first two weeks are
very important for the new puppy. They are just like newborns and loud
noises, children screaming and things of that nature will frighten your
pooch. Please provide a quiet and safe environment for them. Ten
(10) minutes of playtime for the puppy twice a day and they have to be
placed back on their bed. Puppies should NOT be allowed under
any circumstances to run for a long time. As this may cause their sugar
to drop and have a sugar attack.
We recommend that you
purchase a baby play pen and place the puppy inside. You can put the
puppy's bed inside, food and water on the other end. Then you can
place a "training pad" on the other side. This way you know that you
have created a safe environment where your puppy is not stuck in a cage
and has room to play. At the same time this will help you in training
and housebreaking your puppy. Since the "training pads (wee wee
pads)" will be inside, your puppy will figure out that's where he/she
needs to go.
